Monday 8th June is World Oceans Day. On World Oceans Day, people around the World celebrate and honour the ocean, which connects us all. The aim is for people to get together to start creating a better future and protect our oceans. In particular, organisers 'The Ocean Project' wish to see 30% of the world's oceans be protected in the coming years.
I would like you to have a look at their website where you will find a huge collection of things to watch and take part in including live ocean films, science lessons, music performances, yoga, breath-work and storytelling.
In you Busy Books you could write about your favourite World Oceans Day activities or what you have learnt.
